Recently, most retail buyers of DMN came from MQG(some one posted that already here). I can assume some of them are just plain punters, but those with parcels in the range of 20 -30 million plus have probably made lots of phone calls to company before putting their money in DMN.

I have learnt one thing, buyers with big pocket makes lots of calls to company to confirm few things before putting their money.
