IVA have stated they will wait and see which way they will vote their 22 and a bit % when exco make it clearer as to when payment will be made and how much.They wont have to wait long, I would suggest.
They already know exco will be paying out up to 100 million back to shareholders.IVA wont like that.They want more.IVA--if they have done their own figures would realise they wont get the votes to block the sale.22% plus a few here and there, aint enough by a long shot.Even if they get the backing of Sin Tang or Sol--they are still a long way off.
I can only draw one conclusion.Take the lot and then on sell CCP to the xmen,sell white dam,continue the royalty arrangments coming in and keep the rest of the prime spots for themselves.
It begs the question -how much would they pay.Lets forget a scrip bid for the moment and talk cash offer only.Even if they offered 300mill for the lot--approx 85cps,give or take,175mil back from CCP,$? back for sale of white dam,20-30 mil royalties back and they keep a bucket load of prime land---I dont see a big stretch for them at all--just alot of paperwork.--Am I stupid or just missing something?Dont answer that last one Hermie
