Some of the holders have taken big positions in relation to their portfolios, so would not have been keen for a huge new issue. If Ivanhoe, SinTang or Soul are keen, they can make a bid.

"Does this company exist to build a mine or does it find and flog."
Many companies, both miners and explorers, and including some of the very big boys, buy, add value and then sell areas without developing them into mines.
