If they find some Rare Earth in initially drilling, then forget 1 cents or 2 cents. First stop will be around 5 cents and will creep upward slowly slowly as full drilling program unfolds.
So much work already done(Survey, Mapping, Gravity Analysis) I will say 90% chances are there is plenty rare earth there. Grades are important.
