Good deal imv, but huge share dilutions are on the way for sure.

Clearly this deal means "by the way of share issue"

1) The company said: "we can draw down the fund at our election, and obvisouly at suitable price"

2) Also, "Global Nickel to draw funds as and when necessary. This will assist Global Nickel to avoid unnecessary dilution"

This again clearly means whenever GNI needs to draw funds, it's dilution.

However, still a good deal, but this increase the uncertainty of capital structure of this company.
