I only meant that they can get on with the preparations, not that they can start drilling tomorrow or next week. If there was still an appeal period some uncertainty would still exist.
Not sure about that date though, it's not in the announcement, but it looks like formal drilling approval and the logistics of getting rigs etc, would take them in to June.
