you don't have to convert the options until 2013, you can sell them anytime, and if the heads moved to say 1 cent, you would expect the DMNOC to move to .5 cent or more, when I say more it might be say .6 cent due to the fact that you don't have to outlay as much money by buying heads.

if the heads were 1 cent and DMNOC lagged to .3 cent, then I would convert by paying .5 cent and then sell heads for 1 cent

so it all depends on how the heads perform over the next 2 years,

rare earths are pretty hot, if they did find something it could be a real winner
