From all report it seems it is not a bad place to be. Remember if a capital raising is done(as I do expect, keeping the media coverage in mind) then Shareholders will be big winner.
Most likely a Free DMNOC attached to new offer. It is pretty common for small companies to do that so that offer is lucrative to both Underwritter and Shareholder too.
