Even though the plant has not been at full production
during the Mar qtr, if we annualise this result
at today's gold price & cost of production we should get 23 cents per share earnings which, multiplied by a modest
10 multiple going forward should give us a sp of $2.30.
Please note that established gold miners such as NCM
& MML have a P/E in excess of 26 with a much higher cost of production. The ASX 200 average P/E is about 15.
