No matter how they increase capital, all I worry now is how many new shares they will issue, and how much is it per share, this would directly affect the performance of the share price after trading halt. If the price is below $0.5/share, some existing investors may want to decrease their holding.
Same thought with ThePiedPiper, I don't know why they choose to capital raise before drilling result is announced, unless they're very confident to the result.
