By my calculations Nathan & Clive now own 18.3% of CAZ.
That would climb to 19.12% if Clive was to exercise his 1,000,000 30c options which expire on 1/7/11.
That's a fairly hefty slice of the Company held by two directors.
They, obviously, have faith in the future.
