Just like you, I rather would have a deal concluded shortly and seeing some positive action in the shareprice just like in 2007....
But on the otherhand in this strong iron ore market (and expected for lasting coming years) my opinion is that FWL (and other junior iron ore miners) is in a strong position to make a first step in a funding or JV strategy for the coming years and able to monetise this. And as indicated by FWL, talks are ongoing with a couple of interested companies, but you can not force an outcome overnight; especially not with this kind of serious money.
And once again, do not get me wrong, after waiting now for 4 years I finally would like to cash in as well. And I would be very very happy if FWL would be valued (or even half of it) around the values mentioned in the Quarterly dec 2010 released on 28th of january, stating derived values per share around 1,02 A$ or 1,21 A$ !!!! Have a careful read on that!
If they can prove up a much bigger resource (and they probably will during this year...) these values will become much higher as well.
For the time being it is sitting and waiting for the first off-take agreement, cornerstone investor, Joint Venture partner or what-so-ever.
Hoping on a deal very soon...
