Papertigger we are expecting some confirmation on access in mid-April - based upon a fellow HC posters communication with management.
So sometime this month looks probable / possible.
And even then taking into account the EV minus cash and RAD shares / options the downside is limited while the upside is huge.
If you can sit on the stock for this month it should produce a bit of excitement.
