I scanned the net to see if I could find anything to substantiate the rumour, but found nothing, except that lrl has a history of rumour before an announcement.

I guess news would be hard to contain when Goverment agencies are involved, in this case China & Mongolia, and the fact that so many competitors are looking over each others shoulders in that region.

Anyway, Fridays Maruboza candlestick certainly points to continued strength,and whatever is driving it is certainly welcome.
