WW2Z: Was hoping for a meaningful discussion but you're looking more and more like a typical ramper. Here's my thoughts on your points:
1) Development updates from CITIC - the CITIC project is completely unrelated to ARH. It is already slated to complete this year with little impact on ARH's price. There may be some infrastructure sharing but no detail has been disclosed. What EXACTLY is shared??? Could be anything from all of it down to just sharing the access roads for each extreme case.
2) Clive has another vehicle to realise full value of Balmoral - Resourcehouse. His focus will be on that with ARH as a backup if he can't flog it all off through HK.
3) Hunan could get all the offtake they require under CITIC's option to acquire a further 4bt, and they'd be investing a lot less and incurring a lot less development risk. For probability of a deal being done please see all the four or five other "deals" spruiked prior to Hunan.
4) Clive getting what he wants - e.g. like he got his Resourcehouse IPO going? Oh wait, failed thrice now and changed advisors a few times to boot. $60b offtake agreement? Well actually not really. Please check out the projects on the Mineralogy website. None are high quality, most are not developed. The CITIC project on their site is still saying shipping ore in 2009!!
Determination, yes. Capacity and genius, highly debateable! He did one deal and is trying to make it out like every other deal he has is on the go.
