"I was in touch with the company yesterday and they confirmed that they had recently been invoiced for sitework and pipeowrk costs which is clear evidence that money is being spent and sitework activity will start soon. From there rig contract and drilling would follow swiftly. In the past the company's operator had been waiting for rig rates to decline. However, i was told yesterday (straight from company) that since there was absolutely no sign of them coming down, they have bitten the bullet and are proceeding with negotiations to secure a rig. Expect contract news to be the next rns."
