Hi,

Terrain Capital Markets has underwritten the recent rights issue.

MCL had hoped for $1.5 mill to be raised with the new rights issue.

They have only raised about half of this, as it was not fully taken up by shareholders.

Mungala Investments - his largest shareholder, who has now increased its holdings by taking up in the recent issue to now have 22% holding - and some of the directors had indicated they may take up the shortfall.. Whether this develops , we will shortly find out..

I understand we were to also find out about now, by end of 1st quarter about an update in Indonesia with one of their carbon projects...

I have been a holder for many years,so welcome to the forum. Am hoping of course that all the carbon projects come to fruition..
