my guess is that the CEO thinks it is significant but the punters will be disappointed and the SP will move only slightly.
The CEO will then be on board room radio to sprout the significance of the JORC.
He will say they now know the good places to drill, things are really positive, the board are focused, the future is bright.
A capital raising will follow weeks later.

I am old and cynical but every punter lives in hope of a big announcement.

However if it was really big insiders would already have pushed the price up and this hasn't happened.
