Agree entirely (also as a IGO holder), giving them 30% of our assets is already a tad too generous. With effective control now in hand IGO will have the optionality of creeping up further, either incrementally every 6 months or whenever JML needs to make a CR which all other holders do not take up. Then there is the option of bidding for the rest again further down the track, and then there will be no need to offer a control premium, for what will by then be a controlled subsidiary.
A very generous offer. No need to increase it. Phase 1 of the job done now, control in hand.
