I use $3.15 million now because it is close to the end of the quarter.

The placement will go to sophisticated investors unfortunately. It was planned to be 10 million shares at $0.2. The coal deal will have to be approved first and they are taking a long time to update shareholders. It will be great if they can raise money at a higher price because conditions have changed since the coal deal announcement. RAD share price doubled.

If TRH can drill Potash and coal (and the market and RAD remain strong), then I don't think the share price will be $0.355. That is only an EV of $2.1 Million pre coal deal or $5.4 million including coal and placement. That is cheap IMO.
