are trh holders optimistic about potash?

I discovered today that Stone Energy spudded their last hole on 9 March 2011. This hole is on the state land to which TRH has a pending Right of Way application. The Environmental Assessment of this ROW explains that TRH and stone energy have/had some kind of agreement regarding road use maintenance.
