This is going down in large part to what has been posted here. There is no denying it. To continue Brutie's riddles, it seems these taxi drivers must have solid contacts inside Freo ports to be able to come up with such allegedly "good" tips.

If they were gonna get the port allocation, the share price would have been going up, not down, what with all the taxi drivers falling over other to buy Cazaly stock. As for NM buying on market, he has a habit of buying stock in all of the companies in which he is a director (see HDG, WFE, BMN) regardless of whether the share price is going up or down. Although the amounts he has ploughed into CAZ are substantially larger than in those other companies, I wouldn't rely entirely on his buying to support my holding in the company.

At the same time, I don't think we know for a fact that port allocation has fallen through. Has MIN's allocation come through? Dangerous to talk as if this is is a fact.
