Hugh is being rewarded for introducing the Coal Deal to TRH via Options.

He does have a recent failure but was once MD of Riversdale. I don't know how he contributed to the success of that company or why he left.

He would be the best person to speak to. However, the Directors should also have knowledge of this deal as they are in control of the company direction.

HDG is currently more than 4 times EV of TRH assuming $3.24 million EV assigned to Potash.

There is possible leverage in this Coal deal considering HDG and TRH are both cheap coal plays.

I hope they update us soon.
