just picked up a truckload of options @ 2.1c, page-3

The number of options traded seems rather large. Yesterday's and today's sales total well over 5M. The recent SPP was to raise $1M only with a 1 for 3 bonus option so that at most 1.59 M options were issued on 2 March. Hard to tell how many sellers as these options were to commence trading 10 March but the parcels were all in large dollops. (I haven't even received a holding notification yet.)

At the Rights Issue of May 2010 24.499 M options were issued. It looks as if the holders waited for the confirmation of 2 March (had to hold shares till 28 Feb) before selling accumulations from both fund raisings. But only a limited number of persons actually held the individual quantities (>400 000 blocks) sold these two days. They include the four directors plus 6 major holders. Why would they sell? Capital gains tax would also have to be paid.
