ewob, there are a few scenarios perhaps we can all talk about here in regard to the placement.

1. Have they already issued the shares? If so, to whom? I find it strange that such important detail isn't disclosed?

2. One time last year they raised $2 Million almost in one go, they didn't do the trading halt. Now $3.5 Million and T/H. So what's the significance in this?

3. Maybe MCCI, WISDRI is buying? If this is the case, then it's Game, Set and MATCH. We'll get a Steel Plant in Gladstone.
