When this is all bedded down, we'll look back and say what a smart deal this was.
If you could look into the future, then we'd already know that this will be good for IGO shareholders and good for JML shareholders.
As always, we all hope for a counter offer and more money or a better deal, but the deal on the table is the best we'll be offered. IGO already has a large stake and a competing offer is now unlikely.
Best to accept the offer and let IGO management get back to business. They'll have a few more shareholders looking over their shoulders after the takeover.
Now they'll have to do their best for all of us, and we'll all expect the IGO shareprice to be over $8 by Xmas.
I'll be signing my two large JML holdings tomorrow to accept the deal.
