Where would the JML sp be without the takeover? I suspect down about 10% with other copper stocks. IGO not alone in retreat, however IGO also retreating on the perceived value/wealth transfer to JML holders, and perversely might bounce if the bid fails. As an IGO holder I'd be happier with a complete fail, or a non-majority controlling position than a full takeover anyway - not looking forward to 30% dilution of Long and Tropicana etc.
