    Assuming the O's trade, I have the fair value at ~3c using Black-Scholes pricing and 10% Volatility, 6.25% risk-free rate.

    My thoughts are some will be keen to dump their free options on-market to hedge their larger share holdings. Will have to wait and see how she opens and if there's a premium.
