The announcement does say Canadian and European investors, so maybe that blows some of my theory out of the water. Canadian sounds good to me, but I really did like the idea of the large Dominican/Sth American group taking a share.
We will see I suppose, but if past history is a guide current management will not hang around once the company is up and running. Brian is a start up specialist.
The Dec 2011 options have a exercise price of 15 cents, so 15 cents seems a reasonable figure to me.
