re: Ann: Comments on release concerning Phili... This doesnt effect ottos equity in the contract it appears transaia would lose the equity. The interesting point to note however is the ann released on the 3rd of feb in which otto increased its stake in the sc 55 from 85% to 93.18% and in sc 69 from 70 to 79%. If the conditions are met and otto does increase its stakes in both service contracts transasia would not be able to give the 15% equity in sc 69 as it would only have 6% remaining. Has transasia been double dipping selling similar options to 2 different parties ?
