I can't see any dilution. It is the existing CNP holding in CER that is being taken over. Any other trusts, etc being merged will add value equal to the number of shares issued. That is what "merged" is all about.
. There may be more shares in the wind up but there need be no dilution of value. It is the final NTA that counts.

It is these misconceptions that cause the SP to falter. Sometimes these"misconceptions" are put out to cause the SP to falter. eg. downramp.
