Officially, no; there are rumours, but that's all they are at the moment. But in view of the geographical location of their tenements, there would obviously be significant cost benefits in sharing or combining processing facilities and equipment wherever possible.
The fact that they have a common director on both boards suggests that they would be looking to benefit from any synergies between their operations. And of course, TAM has a major shareholding in ABU.
