It may just be plain ignorance, I don't believe they need to raise any more cash for the time being. The trf sp can rise quick enough when it wants to, and it looks really funny when it does because everyone seems to panic and tries to jump on board, but they miss the boat because it rises so quickly. I can see it doing this again very soon.
41c is a ridiculous bargain. If I had more cash I would take them all out up to 43c.
