Hard to understand what it means to the value of shares in CER or CNP

My reading is that a new vehicle will be created owned by CER holders CNP holders and the banks .

In addition I 'think " CNP shareholders will get a kicker in the form of capital return up to $100m .

CER holders will get a greater number of units in the fund at asset backing , and the banks will swap their debt for units in the fund .

Could be good for all parties if this is correct but Im no expert at understanding the intricaies of something as complicated as this .

I hold CNP and might punt a few more if they look like running
