Thanks Rangi. I've had another read of the memorandum, and I think there's some confusion caused by poor wording in that page you pointed to. The document explains the consolidation in greater and better detail on page 44. My reading of that is that there'll be a 1:1,000 consolidation, based on the number of shares held before the consolidation. So if you own, say, 5,000 shares, you'll end up with 5. These won't be cancelled as such, but the stock will be delisted and they're likely to have an unmarketable parcel sale facility for those who end up with a tiny amount of shares (most of us). But it's only those who hold less than 1,000 shares now (well, on the record date before consolidation) that will end up with nothing. But I could be misreading it, so would appreciate if you or others have a different take on the legalistic wording. If they'd up their offer to 15 cents I wouldn't care either way :). Here's hoping.
