all you need to do is look at SP for CER. If CNP survives which they might as time goes by , the price will shoot way above anybody's expectations. By the way, Centro still has not reported yet on its operations and its financial situation. Remember value of commercial propertyt have gone up in price in previous Qtr according to westfield.
