This merger must have been on the cards for a while. I suspect it was the reason the options in September last year never came into the money (so there were less shares on issue for the 1:1 offer).....jt, I'm also wondering how long AAG has to respond with an IE report, is there a set time in the ASX rules? Maybe it's negative and WGR is reconsidering hence the missed deadline....
