KCN in there latest statement extention of offer have warned of a capitol raising if they dont aquire all of LRC, so if they dont get to 90% which will allow them to compulsarly aquire all the shares they may/will do a capitol raising which may have the effect of dilution of holdings, if you dont cough up the cash. also they have stated this is the final offer/extension to shareholders, so take it or leave it & if you dont, then be prepared to cough up some moula if you want to maintain your holding. KCN are australias second major gold company after newcrest !! & i dont think they want LRC to play with. i would sugest they want to advance the LRC assets with the bundle of cash they have.
