I'm probably looking at the recent daily too closely.
The MACD is in no-mans land so we're looking for a direction here. If it consolidates we get my initial thought a,b,c. But any smell of good news and that recent rally is just 1 and 2 of 5 up I believe.
The interesting aspect of this is the volume ... greater than any other month in their 5 or so years of operation.
The sp has closed over the 150MA with this last recoil - so that's now a firm support at 4.9c in my book. (First time since Nov 09).
Therefore I looked at the recent announcement of the purchase of Geoinstruments to se how credible this purchase looked for the future of UXA.
The company's purchase of Geoinstruments and their Promt Fission Neutron borehole logging sets UXA apart in the Oz U field - but is it for real?
Here'a the patent ... http://www.google.co.nz/patents?hl=en&lr=&vid=USPAT4350887&id=Adc6AAAAEBAJ&oi=fnd&dq=Prompt+Fission+Neutron+borehole+logging&printsec=abstract#v=onepage&q&f=false
Here's Geoinstruments review of the technology ... http://www.google.co.nz/patents?hl=en&lr=&vid=USPAT4350887&id=Adc6AAAAEBAJ&oi=fnd&dq=Prompt+Fission+Neutron+borehole+logging&printsec=abstract#v=onepage&q&f=false
I see Bernard and Jensen were the inventers ... seems a cheap buy for the technology at USD1.875m. Wonder why so cheap?
When you think about it - the technology is probably a bit like selling picks and shovels to gold miners in the Alaskan Gold rush ... a no-brainer for the future.
Then there's REE and U exploration .. what a company and it seems to have been largely overlooked so far - although that volume suggests someones onto it - but not the masses yet.
Makes me feel far more assured ... I need to look into the UXA company directors a little closer ... anyone done work in thes area?
