Wow! These cashflow figures are a great boost to CBD.
Compared to to the full Cashflow for 2009/10, CBD is way ahead, confirming that the profit growth of the company is on line. Here are some comparative figures (full year 09/10 then half yr to Dec 10.
Cash on hand up $0.4M, but $1.8M borrowed, due here to increased inventory. Not sure if this is problem afd - I can't see it.
Above figures do not include $2.8M of RECs not cashed in. Negative Operating Profit indicates increase in inventory.
If the effective doubling of Revenue were translated exactly into financial profit (which it never does), we would be looking at Return on Equity of 30%. Profit per shqare would be 4.2 cents per share. (This is just as illistation; actual profit could vary greatly - DYOR.) And the shares could be got this morning at 9.6c. Drats.
