Perhaps, possibly at the request of various govts, they are looking to demonstrate the effectiveness of the Albion process ASAP, therefore affording themselves a longer lead time towards project acquisition... I imagine there could be govts out there saying 'Show me it works, then we talk.'

Assuming it works effectively, this would provide EVG a massive time and competitive advantage in the race to secure similar tailings projects across S.A.

just my thoughts, for what it's worth :)
