    To be honest, the mention of further acquisitions was the worst part of the announcement imo.

    They don't have the cash for acquisitions, and the more paper they issue, the less likely the options are to get exercised (and the more diluted ordinary shareholders get).

    When they are cashflow positive, go for it!
