What would that do? Take AXT's MC to $13M/$16M?
We have a major world mining company as a JV partner.
They have gone over all of the data and are about to start drilling and will spend $16M on exploring our tenements!
AXT's current MC is $11M.
AXT's SP high was 70c a while back, and that was when the SP shot up from 40c to 70c on news of commencement of drilling.
Since then only 10.8M (or 15% more) shares have been issued.
