The chart shows recovery on the SP very soon. Volume is picking up too.
MACD pointing up at positive territory.
Flood in Brisbane, Queensland will boost the both rental and retail sales.
Many houses have been by affected by the flood and i think people will go to rental an accommodation temporary or starting to find a new house.
