Behne I'm responding only in the belief u r a true s/holder.I read their last ann and responded 2 or 3 posts earlier. Their very careful in their wording there is no mention of previous malaysian contract or what this new work involves saying the work is in relation to malaysian contract is _ _.I looked back over previous ann and noticed the similarities in not being definitive in the meaning.ASX should b concerned both from a class action point of view and generally approving these announcements
