As far as I know, PEL's operation at Romblon would not require any chemical treatment let alone the use of mercury. All processing will be offshore. I'll be watching closely and may re-enter. The bottom line here is that one must always assess the level of acceptable risk and measure one's exposure accordingly. In my case, I felt that my level of exposure was too high for the percieved risk and that's why I lightened up. I still have a swag of PEL and will hold on to them for some time yet!
