Getting the shareprice to $0.75 is very very easy. I'm sure the company will partner with some investment banks, and pump the price up to reach a level such that most option holders are willing to inject more funding to the company for further developments.
It's just the matter of time, go up steadly? or give it a big bosst in November? December? who knows...
