Actually I called WA Insolvency a few days ago to find out the latest goings on and they said that ARJ was likely to be re-listed. A deed of company arrangement has been agreed with the creditors and a re-listing was now likely.
So better news than I had been anticipating, will be interesting to see how much will be given away to the lenders as a result and what we shareholders will be left with.

So it seems with flooding all over Australia it may be time to re float The ARK.
