Also known as a cross trade, is where a broker is the seller and buyer of the stock... Happens for a couple of reasons.
a)the broker has a buyer and a seller for the stock at a certain price, in this case 20% higher than the current price.
b)theoretically can be used for market manipulation, and im pretty sure is banned in some countries for this reason.
however nothing real exciting has happened since, so prob not worth me even bringing this up...
looking like being an interesting few months for anyone holding bgd though... sitting at a good level of support, so next announcement should be interesting.
