    Hi GC,

    COF' management is in a mess and they are swing back and forth for different stratigies, they have recently added a large number of mid-level management staffs (only 7 months ago) and now they sacked most of them.No long term stratigy.

    Also the business/contracts they worked on are all too small not enough to generate substantial on going profit to support the business model.

    To me it is doomed!
